Services — Longevity Program
Not just living longer.
Living better.
Most medicine waits for something to go wrong. Our longevity program is built on a different premise — that the goal isn’t to treat decline, but to prevent it. To optimize what you have, extend how long you have it, and raise the ceiling on what feeling well actually means.
Optimize beyond baseline
Aging is inevitable. Accelerated aging is not. The processes that drive fatigue, weight gain, cognitive decline, hormonal imbalance, and physical deterioration are measurable, addressable, and in many cases reversible — when identified early and treated with precision. This program is for patients who refuse to accept that how they feel today is as good as it gets.
Longevity care, built around you
Every longevity protocol is different — because every patient’s biology, goals, and starting point are different. The following represent the core modalities Kiley draws from when building your individualized program. What’s included, how it’s sequenced, and how it evolves over time is determined entirely by your clinical picture.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
Hormones regulate nearly every system in the body — metabolism, sleep, mood, cognition, libido, muscle mass, bone density, and cardiovascular health. As levels decline with age, the effects are wide-ranging and often misattributed to “just getting older.”
Our program uses compounded bioidentical hormones — molecules structurally identical to those your body produces naturally — to restore levels to optimal, not just adequate. Because compounded formulations are individualized to each patient’s specific lab values and clinical presentation, we can fine-tune dosing in ways that standard pharmaceutical options don’t allow.
Kiley manages all hormonal assessment, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring. Protocols are adjusted based on regular lab re-evaluation to ensure levels remain in optimal therapeutic ranges.

Peptide Therapy
Peptides are short-chain amino acid sequences that act as biological signaling molecules — instructing the body to produce hormones, repair tissue, regulate metabolism, and modulate immune function. The peptide therapy landscape has expanded significantly, and several FDA-approved options now offer meaningful clinical benefit for longevity and metabolic health.
GLP-1 receptor agonists — including semaglutide and the dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist tirzepatide — represent a major advance in metabolic health management. Originally developed for type 2 diabetes, these compounds produce substantial improvements in body composition, insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular risk markers, and inflammatory burden. Kiley prescribes and manages GLP-1 and tirzepatide protocols for appropriate candidates.
Beyond GLP-1s, we offer other FDA-approved peptide therapies as the evidence base and regulatory landscape evolve. Peptide selection is based on your specific health goals, lab findings, and clinical presentation — not a one-size protocol.

Nutraceutical Protocols
The nutraceutical component of our longevity program is deliberately personalized — built around your specific lab findings, deficiencies, metabolic patterns, and health goals following consultation and exam with Kiley.
There is no standard protocol here, because no two patients have the same biochemistry. What Kiley prescribes is based on what your body actually shows — not a retail stack. All supplements recommended through our program are pharmaceutical-grade, third-party tested formulations with verified bioavailability and clinical-grade dosing. These are not what you’ll find on a retail shelf.
Areas commonly addressed through nutraceutical support include cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress reduction, inflammatory pathway modulation, methylation support, and micronutrient optimization — each targeted to your individual presentation.

Red Light Therapy — Dahlia Pinnacle Bed
Photobiomodulation is one of the most evidence-supported longevity interventions available — and our Dahlia Pinnacle Bed delivers it at a clinical level unavailable in consumer devices or most clinical settings.
Red and near-infrared light directly stimulate mitochondrial function — increasing ATP production, reducing oxidative stress, improving cellular signaling, and supporting the repair mechanisms that slow with age. For longevity patients, regular sessions support cellular energy restoration, tissue repair, circulation, skin health, and inflammatory reduction — systemic benefits that compound over time.
The Dahlia Pinnacle Bed delivers four independent wavelengths (630nm, 660nm, 850nm, 940nm) simultaneously across the full body, with 16 SmartSegments™ adjusting in real time. Sessions are 14 minutes. Most longevity patients integrate two to three sessions per week as a core part of their program.

Measure first. Optimize from there.
Every longevity protocol begins with a thorough picture of where you are — not where average is. Kiley orders and interprets all testing based on your individual presentation and goals.
You don't have to be sick to benefit
Our longevity program is designed for patients who are ready to move beyond managing symptoms — toward actively optimizing how they feel, function, and age.

What to expect
The longevity program is structured to move deliberately — assessment before protocol, data before prescription. Every step builds on the last.
