Services — Longevity Program

Not just living longer.
Living better.

Most medicine waits for something to go wrong. Our longevity program is built on a different premise — that the goal isn’t to treat decline, but to prevent it. To optimize what you have, extend how long you have it, and raise the ceiling on what feeling well actually means.

Longevity & Integrative Medicine · Louisville Spine & Wellness
Our Longevity Program is led by Kiley Newton Brown, APRN, whose clinical focus sits at the intersection of functional medicine, hormonal health, and evidence-based longevity science. Kiley orders and interprets all lab work, designs individualized protocols, and coordinates directly with our chiropractic and PT team — because how well your body ages is inseparable from how well it moves.

Our philosophy

Optimize beyond baseline

"Normal labs don't mean optimal function. Most people are told everything looks fine — and still feel far from it. Our program is built to close that gap."
Conventional medicine defines health as the absence of disease. Our longevity program defines it as the presence of vitality — the energy, hormonal balance, metabolic function, and cellular integrity to perform at your best, for as long as possible. We use lab work, clinical assessment, TM Flow testing, and Kiley's functional medicine expertise to identify where your biology is underperforming and build a precise, personalized protocol to address it.

Aging is inevitable. Accelerated aging is not. The processes that drive fatigue, weight gain, cognitive decline, hormonal imbalance, and physical deterioration are measurable, addressable, and in many cases reversible — when identified early and treated with precision. This program is for patients who refuse to accept that how they feel today is as good as it gets.

The program

Longevity care, built around you

Every longevity protocol is different — because every patient’s biology, goals, and starting point are different. The following represent the core modalities Kiley draws from when building your individualized program. What’s included, how it’s sequenced, and how it evolves over time is determined entirely by your clinical picture.
Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy
Hormones regulate nearly every system in the body — metabolism, sleep, mood, cognition, libido, muscle mass, bone density, and cardiovascular health. As levels decline with age, the effects are wide-ranging and often misattributed to “just getting older.”

Our program uses compounded bioidentical hormones — molecules structurally identical to those your body produces naturally — to restore levels to optimal, not just adequate. Because compounded formulations are individualized to each patient’s specific lab values and clinical presentation, we can fine-tune dosing in ways that standard pharmaceutical options don’t allow.

Kiley manages all hormonal assessment, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring. Protocols are adjusted based on regular lab re-evaluation to ensure levels remain in optimal therapeutic ranges.

Peptide Therapy
Peptides are short-chain amino acid sequences that act as biological signaling molecules — instructing the body to produce hormones, repair tissue, regulate metabolism, and modulate immune function. The peptide therapy landscape has expanded significantly, and several FDA-approved options now offer meaningful clinical benefit for longevity and metabolic health.

GLP-1 receptor agonists — including semaglutide and the dual GIP/GLP-1 agonist tirzepatide — represent a major advance in metabolic health management. Originally developed for type 2 diabetes, these compounds produce substantial improvements in body composition, insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular risk markers, and inflammatory burden. Kiley prescribes and manages GLP-1 and tirzepatide protocols for appropriate candidates.

Beyond GLP-1s, we offer other FDA-approved peptide therapies as the evidence base and regulatory landscape evolve. Peptide selection is based on your specific health goals, lab findings, and clinical presentation — not a one-size protocol.

Nutraceutical Protocols
The nutraceutical component of our longevity program is deliberately personalized — built around your specific lab findings, deficiencies, metabolic patterns, and health goals following consultation and exam with Kiley.

There is no standard protocol here, because no two patients have the same biochemistry. What Kiley prescribes is based on what your body actually shows — not a retail stack. All supplements recommended through our program are pharmaceutical-grade, third-party tested formulations with verified bioavailability and clinical-grade dosing. These are not what you’ll find on a retail shelf.

Areas commonly addressed through nutraceutical support include cellular energy production, mitochondrial function, oxidative stress reduction, inflammatory pathway modulation, methylation support, and micronutrient optimization — each targeted to your individual presentation.

Red Light Therapy — Dahlia Pinnacle Bed
Photobiomodulation is one of the most evidence-supported longevity interventions available — and our Dahlia Pinnacle Bed delivers it at a clinical level unavailable in consumer devices or most clinical settings.

Red and near-infrared light directly stimulate mitochondrial function — increasing ATP production, reducing oxidative stress, improving cellular signaling, and supporting the repair mechanisms that slow with age. For longevity patients, regular sessions support cellular energy restoration, tissue repair, circulation, skin health, and inflammatory reduction — systemic benefits that compound over time.

The Dahlia Pinnacle Bed delivers four independent wavelengths (630nm, 660nm, 850nm, 940nm) simultaneously across the full body, with 16 SmartSegments™ adjusting in real time. Sessions are 14 minutes. Most longevity patients integrate two to three sessions per week as a core part of their program.

Assessment & diagnostics

Measure first. Optimize from there.

Every longevity protocol begins with a thorough picture of where you are — not where average is. Kiley orders and interprets all testing based on your individual presentation and goals.
Comprehensive lab work
Hormone panels, metabolic markers, inflammatory indicators, nutrient levels, lipid fractionation, thyroid function, and more — ordered based on your clinical picture and goals, interpreted in functional ranges.
TM Flow testing
Non-invasive assessment of autonomic nervous system function, peripheral vascular health, and sudomotor activity. Reveals early signs of vascular aging and metabolic dysfunction that standard labs don't capture.
Clinical consultation & exam
An in-depth consultation with Kiley to review your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and goals — providing the clinical context that transforms lab numbers into a meaningful, actionable protocol.

Getting started

What to expect

The longevity program is structured to move deliberately — assessment before protocol, data before prescription. Every step builds on the last.
01
Foundation
Initial consultation with Kiley
Health history · goals · clinical exam · lifestyle review
An in-depth conversation covering your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, medications, and longevity goals. Kiley conducts a clinical exam and determines which diagnostic testing is warranted. Dietary and lifestyle interventions tailored to long-term health and vitality are explored from the start — because no protocol succeeds without the right foundation. This visit shapes everything that follows.
02
Assessment
Lab work & TM Flow testing
Baseline measurement · functional ranges
Kiley orders a comprehensive lab panel specific to your presentation — hormones, metabolic markers, inflammation, nutrient levels, and more. TM Flow testing assesses autonomic nervous system function and vascular health. Results are interpreted against functional optimal ranges, not just standard reference ranges.
03
Protocol
Individualized longevity protocol
BHRT · peptides · nutraceuticals · red light · lifestyle
Based on your lab findings, clinical exam, and goals, Kiley builds a precise, personalized protocol. This may include compounded bioidentical hormones, GLP-1 or other FDA-approved peptide therapy, a targeted nutraceutical regimen, and a red light therapy schedule using the Dahlia Pinnacle Bed — sequenced and dosed to your specific biology. Individualized hormone balancing, peptide therapy, and evidence-based supplement guidance are woven throughout, alongside dietary and lifestyle interventions tailored to your long-term health and vitality.
04
Optimization
Ongoing monitoring & refinement
Regular lab re-evaluation · protocol adjustment
Longevity is not a one-time prescription — it's an evolving protocol. Kiley conducts regular follow-up consultations and lab re-evaluations to assess your response, adjust dosing, and refine the protocol as your biology changes. The goal is continuous optimization, not a static maintenance dose.

Integrated with your care
The longevity program doesn't exist in a separate lane from your structural care. Kiley communicates directly with your chiropractic and PT team — because hormonal optimization supports tissue healing, peptide therapy accelerates recovery, red light therapy reduces systemic inflammation, and a well-aligned spine is better positioned to hold the gains your longevity protocol produces. These services compound each other.

The commitment

This program requires partnership

01
Honest assessment
We measure where you actually are — not where you hope you are. Lab work and TM Flow testing give us a real baseline to work from.
02
Personalized protocol
No two patients receive the same protocol. Your biology, your goals, and your response to treatment all shape what Kiley prescribes and adjusts.
03
Consistent engagement
Longevity outcomes require consistency — regular red light sessions, adherence to protocols, and showing up for follow-up labs and consultations.
04
Long-term thinking
Some changes are felt within weeks. Others build over months. This program is for patients who are invested in who they'll be in five, ten, and twenty years — not just next month.
